Community Initiatives
Volunteering and supporting our community is something that we are passionate about. Over the last few years, our goal was to make alternative health options and self-care education accessible to more communities. Through various community initiatives, we have not only been able to advocate for and educate about the importance of self-care and personal healing, but also encouraging others to play an active role in taking care of their mental, emotional and physical health.
