Womb Healing Dance & Kemetic Yoga 2026

Come home to your body—slowly, gently, and with joy and pleasure.

This July, you’re invited into a beginner-friendly summer series designed to help you soften out of survival mode and reconnect to your body with safety, sensation, and self-trust.

Each class blends somatic healing practices, Het Heru womb healing dance, and Kemetic yoga—offered in a slow, gentle way that honours the wisdom of Het Heru and invites us back to beauty, joy, creativity and pleasure.

 

Dates + Time + Location

  • Wednesdays in July: July 8, 15, 22 & 29

  • Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Paddlers Cove: 300 Prince Albert Road, Suite 206

 

What to expect

  • Slow, grounding movement to support nervous system regulation

  • Womb-centred dance inspired by Het Heru Healing Dance

  • Gentle Kemetic yoga sequences (beginner-friendly)

  • Breath + body-based practices to help you release tension and return to yourself

  • A supportive, trauma-informed space where you can move with choice
